Prati-Donaduzzi is a pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Toledo, Paraná, and the best-known maker of cannabis products sold in Brazilian pharmacies. ANVISA's May 2022 list of authorized cannabis products includes Canabidiol Prati-Donaduzzi in 20, 50 and 200 mg/mL strengths, authorized under RDC 327/2019.
The product is a CBD isolate in oral solution, sold in pharmacies and drugstores against a prescription. When the 200 mg/mL, 30 mL bottle reached pharmacy websites in 2020, Cannabis & Saúde reported a price of R$2,143.30 after discount. In December 2024 the company launched a 10 mL bottle at 20 mg/mL that pharmacies priced between R$85 and R$88, with a ceiling of R$90, according to Panorama Farmacêutico, which also reported that Prati accounted for 53.5% of cannabis product sales in pharmacies.
Prati says its canabidiol is manufactured in Brazil from imported isolated CBD. Since 4 May 2026, dispensing of cannabis products is governed by RDC 1.015/2026, and ANVISA asked holders of existing authorizations to file adjustments by 1 August 2026. We could not open ANVISA's current product register, so the authorization is listed as of the 2022 ANVISA publication.
