Lagom Pharmatech

Lagom Pharmatech is a licensed producer of medical cannabis in Osek u Rokycan, in the Plzeň Region of western Bohemia. It grows cannabis in its own indoor facility and supplies dried flower that Czech pharmacies use to prepare individual prescriptions, as well as raw material for pharmaceutical manufacturers.

The company lists a full set of permits from the State Institute for Drug Control (SÚKL): a licence to cultivate cannabis for medical use, authorization to handle narcotic substances, a distribution authorization, GMP certificates for manufacturing and for its control laboratory, and a GDP certificate for wholesale distribution. Beyond its own harvests it offers contract manufacturing and post-harvest processing with batch-release documentation, analytical testing with full or partial certificates of analysis, licensed narcotics storage, and transport support through subcontractors.

Lagom is often described as the largest Czech grower. In July 2025 Business of Cannabis reported that it ran six indoor cultivation rooms, produced around four tonnes of dried flower a year and employed 65 people, and that only about 200 kilograms stayed in the Czech Republic while most went to Germany. The same report counted ten licensed Czech producers, a 2024 national harvest of 4,660 kilograms and just 263 kilograms dispensed through Czech pharmacies.
