About Growbarato
Valencia-based online grow shop and franchise chain with dozens of physical grow shops across Spain and 14,000+ products.
Growbarato is a Spanish grow shop chain and online store run by Growbarato Distribuciones SL from Avenida Castellón in Silla, south of Valencia. Its website bills it as the largest grow shop in Spain and marks a 15th anniversary.
Online, the shop listed 14,658 products from 631 brands in September 2026: seeds, lighting including LED systems, fertilizers and substrates, tents, climate control and CBD products, alongside its own brand, GB The Green Brand. Orders ship discreetly and free within mainland Spain from €30. The company also runs a franchise program, and its store locator page says there are more than 70 physical shops across Spain, from Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville and Málaga to smaller towns. Valencia province has the largest cluster, with shops in neighborhoods such as Ruzafa, Amistat and Barraca, and Madrid has stores in areas including Vallecas and Villaverde. The homepage gives a lower figure of more than 40 stores, so the exact count should be checked in the locator.
Because many locations are franchises, opening hours and services vary by shop and are shown in the interactive locator, which we could not read. The chain also sells online in other European countries. For anyone searching for a grow shop in Valencia or Madrid, Growbarato is likely to have a branch nearby. Its Trustpilot profile is no longer available, so we could not summarize independent reviews. Seeds are sold under the usual Spanish rules: buying is legal, and growing is tolerated only in private for personal use.
