CanDoc is a telemedicine service for people in Germany who want a medical cannabis prescription online. Its legal notice names TECANMED Limited, registered with Ireland's Companies Registration Office (number 766850) at an address in Dublin, and gives a Hamburg phone number. The Grünhorn Group, which also runs the Grünhorn pharmacy in Leipzig, lists CanDoc among its companies.
Patients can choose between two routes. The first is an online medical questionnaire reviewed by physicians; in September 2026 the site advertised this option at €0. The second is a video consultation with a doctor for €35. CanDoc says each request is checked individually by specialist doctors and that prescriptions are usually issued within about six hours, then forwarded to a partner pharmacy picked by the patient, including cannabis-focused pharmacies such as Grünhorn and Alle Farben. Delivery generally takes one to three business days, with faster options at some pharmacies. The site also sells a patient ID card for €10 and lists flower from €4.79 per gram. Its claim of more than 180,000 patients has not been independently verified.
Because prescriptions are private, patients pay the pharmacy directly, and since 29 July 2026 statutory insurers can no longer be billed for cannabis flower. The questionnaire-only route would be affected if the pending Medical Cannabis Act amendment, which calls for an in-person first visit before flower is prescribed, becomes law; it had not passed as of mid-September 2026.
