About Broccoli Buddies e.V.
Hesse's first licensed cannabis club, in the Vogelsberg district; members 21+, two fee models, distribution near Neuhof.
Broccoli Buddies e.V. was the first cannabis cultivation association licensed in Hesse. Regierungspräsidium Darmstadt, which handles club permits for the state, approved it in early December 2024, and the club later carried out the state's first legal distribution to members. Public reporting places it in Schlitz, Vogelsberg district; its distribution point is near Neuhof and opens three days a week, including Saturday.
Membership starts at 21, above the legal minimum of 18. The club offers two fee models. The Basis model costs €150 once plus €10 a month or €100 a year, with a reduced €8 rate for pensioners, students, apprentices and people with disabilities. The Flex model skips the enrollment fee and costs €20 a month. Either way, cannabis is paid separately by use, the minimum term is three months, and notice is four weeks to month end.
Members receive flower in several varieties and hashish, within the legal caps of 25 grams a day and 50 grams a month. Strain choices are voted on by members, and members can volunteer in cultivation and distribution. Everything is handed over in person; the club notes that shipping is not allowed.
