Dornbirn CBD shopAbout Bonzai Baba
Bonzai Baba in Dornbirn (Riedgasse 44), an MVG-licensed hemp shop in Vorarlberg allowed to sell CBD flowers until end-2028.
Bonzai Baba is a hemp shop at Riedgasse 44 in Dornbirn, Vorarlberg's largest city. It is on the Monopolverwaltung's list of licensed hemp shops dated June 18, 2026, alongside only one other Vorarlberg location, in Feldkirch.
Being on that list means the shop may keep selling smokable hemp flowers with no more than 0.3% THC until December 31, 2028, the end of the transition period set by the Abgabenänderungsgesetz 2025. It must buy them from licensed wholesalers, which also set the retail price. Unlicensed CBD shops may no longer sell smokable flowers at all.
Dornbirn is close to the German and Swiss borders. Hemp that is legal here is not automatically legal across them, and THC cannabis bought legally in Germany is a narcotic in Austria. Verdex could not verify the shop's website or opening hours.
