Summary
ANMAT announced on 4 April 2025 that it had detected online sales of two US-made products under the Royal CBD Premium Line brand: CBD Gummies 'Candy full spectrum' and CBD Acid Gummies 'Strawberry and Watermelon', each 30 units of 450 mg.
The agency says neither product has the establishment registration or the food-product registration needed to import and sell food in Argentina, which makes them illegal. It cannot vouch for their traceability, quality or safety. The measure, Disposition 2164/2025, bans production, fractioning and sale nationwide, including on online platforms, in any flavor, presentation, lot or expiry date.
