Resolution RE 3.024/2026 of 31 July 2026, announced on 3 August, bars Vitanabis Intermediação e Serviços Ltda. from advertising or selling any cannabis derivative in Brazil.

Anvisa says the products were promoted online with no registration or authorization from the agency.
