Tree House

Tree House is the new name of La Brea Collective, a long-running dispensary at 5057 W Pico Boulevard in Mid-City Los Angeles (90019). Its Leafly listing says the shop served the city for 18 years as La Brea Collective before rebranding, with the same team. The current state register shows retail license C10-0001583-LIC at this address, held by Peace And Joy LLC as an equity retailer.

The store’s own site and Leafly both give daily hours of 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. It offers delivery and in-store pickup, and the Leafly listing says it now accepts credit, debit and Apple Pay; there is also an ATM. Advertised specials include an early happy hour on top-shelf grams, discounted eighths of its Tree House house strains, and 10% off for seniors, veterans and patients with disabilities. Adults 21+ can shop with ID, and it also serves medical patients.

The storefront averages 4.9 from 212 Leafly reviews, a total built up largely under the La Brea Collective name; the written reviews were not viewable when we checked, so we cannot summarize recent comments. The practical points buyers ask about:

• the menu mixes the Tree House house flower with established brands such as Select, Jeeter and Passiflora;
• daily time-limited deals, so pricing depends on when you visit;
• delivery is available, per the store’s site.

Because the rebrand is recent, some map apps and directories may still show La Brea Collective; the address and phone, (323) 424-3908, are unchanged.
