Oksa Green Tech is the cannabis and clean-tech arm of OKSA Group, a Rabat company that says it was established in 1999. ANRAC lists its address at 40D Rue Bani Tanza in the Souissi district as one of only two dedicated points of sale ("point personnalisé") for licit cannabis products in Morocco, alongside CannaFlex in Casablanca.
The company's own site describes work on CBD biomass alongside atmospheric water generators and microalgae. Moroccan press coverage in 2024 described it as one of the few firms authorized to grow and process cannabis for medical and wellness uses, with a first harvest in 2023 and products sold under the KYFF brand, such as infusions. Those upstream authorizations are not on a public register.
ANRAC authorizes every product and every outlet in this channel. By mid-July 2026 it counted 161 authorized products: 71 food supplements, 73 cosmetics and 17 foods, mostly herbal teas. Supplements and foods are capped at 0.3% THC, according to ANRAC's July 2026 figures as reported by Le Cannabiste. Cannabis medicines had been registered but were not yet on pharmacy shelves.
The listing confirms authorization, not a specific range: ask at the counter which authorized items are in stock. Hashish, kif and cannabis flower are not sold legally anywhere in Morocco.
