Summary

Between September 5 and September 26, 2026, consumers filed nine reports to BBB Scam Tracker about a cannabis delivery service calling itself Zenith Cannabis or Zenith Cannabis Dispensary. The reporters were in Washington, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Nevada, Colorado and California, and reported losses ranging from nothing to $438. Several described finding the business through a map or search listing, paying through Cash App, Apple Cash or links that converted the payment to Bitcoin, and then being asked for more money. Several reports say they were sent to a website presented as a state cannabis registration or verification service; one reporter called it a fake government agency site that asked for a $299 fee. Another reporter wrote that the Zenith site and the verification site shared the same server address. Others said they were asked to provide ID or a license upload, and that contact stopped once they questioned the charges. These are consumer allegations published by BBB, not findings by a regulator.

Status notes

BBB Scam Tracker reports are consumer submissions; BBB publishes them but does not verify every detail. Individual report IDs could not be captured because bbb.org serves a bot check to scripted browsers; the source links are Scam Tracker searches that returned these reports on 2026-09-24. Editor should open them in a normal browser, record the report IDs and screenshot them before publishing. Other, unrelated businesses may use the word 'Zenith'; the entry concerns only the delivery operation described in these reports.
