Summary
Village Green Incorporated, an Oregon marijuana producer trading as Village Green, settled charges brought by OLCC. The Notice alleged that on or before September 23, 2019 the licensee intentionally exceeded its 20-canopy limit by adding an unapproved outdoor canopy of about 10 by 10 feet and an unapproved indoor grow tent, after an inspector had told it what to revise. It also alleged a harvest without the required notification and failure to record worker permit numbers. Staff had proposed license cancellation. Under the settlement the licensee pays $24,500, or $10,500 plus a 56-day suspension; three of the violations were withdrawn with warnings.
