Summary

RN Holdings, LLC, an Oregon marijuana wholesaler, settled an OLCC case over transfers to an unlicensed site. The Notice alleged that on or about April 25, 2024 an employee moved about 43.22 pounds of usable marijuana to a processing facility in Estacada that OLCC did not license, while the manifest said it was going to the licensed processor Elevate Holdings, LLC. The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office had reported the unlicensed processing. OLCC says both businesses had the same sole member. The standard sanction is license cancellation; the settlement ties the outcome to a change-of-ownership application.

What the source found

  • OLCC aggravated for concealment, intent and involvement of more than one employee.
