Summary

On 30 January 2026 Invima published alert 10-2026 about CBD products of the Pure Origins brand: Gotas CBD, CBD Oil and Livin Aceite CBD. A complaint triggered it.

The institute says none of the three has a sanitary registration from the competent authority and that they are not authorized by its medicines directorate. It notes the products are advertised with therapeutic claims: pain, stress, anxiety and sleep, and for the CBD Oil also hyperactivity, epilepsy, headache and attention problems. Invima classes them as fraudulent and warns that their real content and storage conditions are unknown.
