Summary

Hawthco One Corporation, which ran the Portland retailer Portland Canna Connection, admitted the facts in an OLCC Notice in a stipulated settlement. The Notice alleged that around May 30, 2025 cameras were disconnected and more than 78 items were sold while no cameras worked, that by about June 1, 2025 thousands of marijuana items were moved without a Metrc manifest to an unlicensed location, and that the licensee operated there for over a month before its change-of-location request was approved. The proposed penalty was license cancellation. OLCC's synopsis says the licensee may submit a change of ownership application if the marijuana at the unlicensed site is surrendered or destroyed under inspection.
