Summary

Process Development Labs, LLC, a marijuana processor trading as Original Extracts, settled an OLCC case after losing access to its licensed premises. The Notice alleged that on or about March 25, 2024 a landlord secured an eviction judgment while the licensee still had marijuana items on site and that the licensee did not notify the Commission. OLCC staff secured and destroyed the remaining material, which an inspector described as five to ten pounds in poor condition. The standard sanction is license cancellation. Instead, the licensee accepted a letter of reprimand and agreed to surrender the license when its change of ownership is approved or by March 19, 2025.
