As reported by CHCH News on May 26, 2026 and Sydenham Current on May 30, 2026, the OPP-led Provincial Joint Forces Cannabis Enforcement Team began Project DIAGONAL in 2024 and found that the dispensary offered same-day delivery within Niagara and shipped illegal cannabis by courier to other parts of Canada.
