Summary

On 22 May 2026 the Polish Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS) published a public food warning about dietary supplements of the Green Out brand, made by Dutch Therapy in Słupsk. Official controls by the State Sanitary Inspection had detected the psychoactive substance tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in the listed batches.

The warning lists six products: four "Fresh Bomb" 100 ml liquids (Sweet Strawberry Strong+, Lost Cherry Strong+, Citrus Mix Strong, Sour Apple Strong+), "Pure Energy Amnesia Haze" 10 ml and "Sour Bears" 130 g gummies. On 18 May 2026 the inspectorate issued a decision banning their sale and ordering withdrawal. GIS said it could not reach the producer, so the warning was not consulted with the company, and that proceedings were continuing.
